THE CHALLENGE WE’RE OFFERING YOU

As a QA Specialist and Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in the quality and deployment of our customized mobile applications. You will be responsible for rigorous testing, documenting issues, and coordinating customization projects in close collaboration with our internal teams, partners, and clients, to ensure a seamless user experience and flawless deliverables.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Write, update, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
  • Perform functional tests “like a regular user” to quickly identify issues related to usability, navigation, or user experience (UX).
  • Document test results and track detected issues through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, and the product team to ensure the quality and compliance of delivered features.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

Coordination and Customization Project Tasks

  • Analyze customization requests from clients and assess technical feasibility before work begins.
  • Manage customization projects starting from the Statement of Work (SoW) and coordinate efforts between technical teams, product teams, and clients.
  • Create and maintain mobile app configuration files (JSON, XML).
  • Create or edit fillable PDF forms and other visual content (e.g. image retouching or adaptation).
  • Oversee publication steps and updates for customized mobile applications (including on the App Store).
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients for all matters related to custom projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Diploma or certificate in computer science, or equivalent education/experience
  • Education in multimedia integration, IT project management, office automation techniques, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or software quality assurance
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or in a technology environment
  • Experience or strong interest in testing applications “like an end user,” with particular sensitivity to ergonomics, smooth navigation, and UX challenges
  • Desired technical skills: JSON, XML, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Photoshop, SVN or Git
  • Basic programming knowledge or understanding of how mobile applications work (a plus)
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to bridge the gap between product, technical aspects, and client needs
