Who are we?
From head to toe, we make human body 3D acquisition technologies accessible, affordable, accurate, and easy to use. We help professionals from the O&P industry and tailored equipment industry to integrate technologies in their daily procedures to facilitate their workflow.
Your daily tasks
- Support our clients in the different creation steps of our customizable products
- Answer service calls, filter and redirect to the appropriate team when needed
- Technical remote assistance (software installation, configuration, repair)
- Help users by giving appropriate solutions when they are facing an issue with our system
- Collaborate with R&D team to constantly improve our products
- Maintain our help desk database
- Manage logistical tasks regarding international import and export of goods
What are we looking for?
- Bilingual: oral and written and speaking (French and English)
- Have an interest in technologies, numeric and 3D
- Strong sense of customer experience, help and advise people
- Multi-tasking and efficient time managing ability
- Analysis and problem-solving ability
- Strong sense of priority management
